Trantor_3
The Royal Dutch Mint starts selling old Gulden notes in their online coin shop Since I'm not into prices of bank notes, I have no idea about the prices they ask. Since the page is in Dutch, I'll give a short translation of the first mentioned note there: 5 Gulden 1966 Vondel (I) Date of signature: 26 april 1966 Date of issue: 19 december 1966 Demonitized: 1 november 1994 to 1 may 1995 Size: 76 x 136 mm Grade: UNC Stock: 20 Price: € 21,95 Anyone here who's interested and needs a translation, let me know
MisterMcDoo
They're steep for the lower denominations, but they're not bad on the zonnebloem and higher.
MisterMcDoo
Does it say anything about getting more notes?
Trantor_3
what do you mean by "more notes" ? other denominations or purchasing more than one of a certain note?
jtryka
I have one of those Frans Hals 10-guilder notes from my vacation in 1996. I thought it could still be exchanged for euros. Mine is unc. so I guess it would be worth more to sell than exchange!

jtryka
oh, definitely Will you be in the short snorter of this year? Then you'll get to sign one Yes, I've already sent my note to Art! I think from my trips to Europe in the 1990s about half of the currency I brought back is no longer currency, French and Belgian Francs, Italian Lira, Dutch Guilders, but I think the Swiss Francs, and Danish and Swedish Kroner are still good.
