Not sure if I am "seeing" things, but it sure looks like the tail of the 5 is different on these two coins. Any opinions? dacoinman Posted November 28, 2005 Report Share Posted November 28, 2005 Personally it looks like the same die lay out to me except the image on the bottom is from and EXTREMELY worn pair of dies. I do have one of these with a minor repunching on the date. But as for Krause mentioning various varieties, don't hold your breathe. LOL I can go through my selection of Mexico or Colombia (variety box) and double either of those countries listings in the Krause catalog.
