Gladiators001
Can some one identify Moneyer - Maker and King? What class it is? Looks to me Henry II or Henry III Thanks
YeOldeCollector
It looks to be a shortcross penny of Henry III, Class 7a or 7b, moneyer Terri on the mint of London.
Gladiators001
Thanks for help. There is slight difference in obverse legend, does not sound like a Terry have look
YeOldeCollector
I cannot see any irregularities in the obverse legend. Can you point it out?

The coin you've posted is of Henry III yet the link you have posted is for Norman. I am afraid that I do not follow you at all.

Gladiators001
Can't find original webpage but this one may help to others, http://www.coinpeople.com/index.php?/topic/33295-can-any-one-identify-this-coin/ But folks be aware there is plenty of fakes online, I will better stick with my native US coins. Good luck to every one, salute to UK collectors
YeOldeCollector
Can't find original webpage but this one may help to others, http://www.coinpeopl...tify-this-coin/ But folks be aware there is plenty of fakes online, I will better stick with my native US coins. Good luck to every one, salute to UK collectors Again, I'm not sure what you're trying to get at. Labelling these coins as having 'plenty of fakes online' is needless, unfounded scaremongering. But good luck with your collecting in the future.
ScottO
looks like terri to me as well, you have to remember that these letters were sometimes joined together so hard to make out properly. its a nice one, and honestly, never seen a fake one of these. there is no reason why there ant be obverse lettering errors though.
