ccg
Looks South Asian. I'm thinking maybe it's some sort of token/souvenir tossed out at a wedding?
Drusus
Its an indian temple token (rama Tanka) simplar to this one: Shows the Gods Rama and Laksmana standing on one side of the coin. The other side shows Rama and Sita seated on a throne, and the monkey god Hanuman. These have been minted in a wide variety of styles by many for a long period of time.
