New Conder Tokens

Recommended Posts

I think it is a bit like women & make-up, some look good with or without it, some look...........

It is similar to whether you prefer toned or untoned silver coins. Sometimes the effect of toning can be beautiful, sometimes not!

I do not think anybody now would/should lacquer coins/medals but it is a part of the history of numismatics and to have some in a collection is okay.

Mind, nowadays we just slab them instead.

Just a quick thank you to Constanius for the excellent show and tell.

There are several people here always willing to share their knowledge and he is at the top of the list... :ninja:

PS - Mrs. HiHo looks good without makeup. Though she will tell you otherwise.

Great Conders :ninja:

I love them and can't seem to get enough of them ;)

I know the feeling well, I just bought three more.

And I narrowly missed out on a beautiful Pidcocks (Middlesex #414) that looked UNC to me. ;)
