constanius Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 1830 Medal enclosed in 15 carat gold case with glass (1 missing) presented to Sackville P.Taylor served as Steward to R.M.I.B. 1910/ R.M.I.G. 1913/ R.M.I.B. 1920/ With bar for R.M.I. Girls. 1914. The Royal Masonic Institute for Girls is in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire England. The Boys School was in Bushy, Hertfordshire but has since closed. The medal is gilded silver 36mm BHM#1463 Rare, by William Wyon. The gold case is 1912 hallmark date letter 'r' Leopards Head for London '15' .625 purity of gold. H&WS for makers H & W Spilling.
