Drusus
not quite the same coin but it has a cross in the field with the portrait. Minted in Gloucester? BMC 218; Hildebrand 983-984 Seems to be very rare...these two example range from 800 to over 1000 USD

YeOldeCollector
Dooly, I'd be careful when naming images next time. I'm hoping the images should be cnut and cnutr rather than something else... Anyway, what you have here is a cut halfpenny, Quatrefoil type. You are right, it is Lincoln mint and the moneyer is Iostein. The reverse would read IVSTAN ON LIIC. Exceptionally crude dies but expected for a issue of the region and it has the usual cross before bust and the crudely compressed quatrefoil. Hope this helps.
