Hello friends:

I am trying to know who was the mintmaster, engravers or desing of this coin.

The coin is 5 Mark of Prussia 1903, mint "A" of Berlin, the king was WILHELM II .

I have found this date: WEIGAND, EMIL (20 NOV 1837 – 25 MAR 1906), chief engraver of Berlin Mint (1887-1904). May be him??

Best regards.

Emil Weigand did indeed design the obverse, with the portrait of Wilhelm II. That design is based on a bust which the sculptor Reinhold Begas http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinhold_Begas made. The other side, with the eagle used on German 5M coins between 1891 and 1915, was designed by Otto Schultz.
