I'm only seeing a small portion of the banknote though, and it would help to have the whole thing, the catalog #... whatever info you can provide. The Japanese characters in this portion tell of who the printers were but I cannot read much Japanese aprt from the odd number etc The portion that looks like EP I believe means Printer or Printing Business.
