In Republic of China Some bank notes are printed by Waterlow & Sons Ltd., London,some by American bank note company and some by Thomas De La Rue (TDLR) company. This way, buyers will have a better idea how expensive they can be. I'm sure you have some bargains that people in this forum are interested but without a price list and pictures, it can be difficult to judge. The bank note was currency with interest rate printed by Treasury Departme of Republic of China.The par value was five Yuan. Treasury Department of Republic of China issued the currency for the reason of lack of military expenditure.In fact it's a way to get money from common people. The Treasury Department would pay interest by the currency note per month.The coupon sheets were used as counting interest. The seal means the note was called back and the status was cancellation.
