tabbs
I can not read the words, who can help me translate it into English? Look like a birth medal to me. "Uniendo Multiplicamini" means something like "by uniting, multiply" - and the two seem to be a man and a woman. Now "perfeci" on the other side means "completed" or "perfected". Grammatically this is not quite correct (perfeci is inf.perf. of perficere) but you get the idea ... Christian
frank
Yes, and that's obviously Amor/Cupid on the reverse, with his bow --although why he's holding what looks to be a laurel wreath I don't know...
DawsonsLV
I'm not a specialist in Latin, but may be it's to be read "per feci" ("for creation")?
