flbandit
I just received an 1891 Indian cent in the mail yesterday. When I opened the package I was suprised to find two coins inside. One turned out to be a 5 Chia (sp?) coin from Taiwan. It's kind of funny as one of the first comments when I joined the board was that I'd be swayed to the darkside in no time! Anyway, it's fun looking them up, and my daughter quickly claimed it. You guys probably know about it, but World Coin Gallery is a great resource for identifying world coins. I have lost many good coins that way, the three year old believes that everything even remotely numismatic belongs to her. She has her own binder with pages of coins, paper money etc. and she loves looking through them and telling you what she likes about them.
