The Notgeld notes with maps are especially interesting (well, to me anyway!) because they are of a municipal or regional area that one otherwise might not see or notice on a larger map. I'm curious though as to the red stripe in the middle. I am assuming that this is Notgeld, and am wondering if this a form of anti-counterfeiting measure like red fibers, or something.
