akdrv Posted November 5, 2006 Report Share Posted November 5, 2006 Mumbai, Nov 4: Railway Police here have launched a novel campaign to avert terror attacks like the July 11 train bombings that will see them placing coins in trains with a special message asking people to play a role in averting terrorist strikes.
