I have got a *VERY* interesting coin to show later in the *Russian* coin forum but I will need investigation for this first (you'll know why later) Is it coin or medal alignment? Maybe I don't quite understand your question but ... shouldn't you be able to tell by looking at the coin? Or is that a rotated die? Or is that a rotated die? Christian I believe gx is asking what is the alignment of the pictured coin in actuality: coin or medal. This looks like a Swedish skilling to me, but I am not sure what the alignment of these coins were. Most modern Swedish pieces are medal alignment.
