grivna1726 Posted July 23, 2006 Report Share Posted July 23, 2006 I received a reply today from the other seller whose coin photos had been used by mariavoneva, and it appears that mariavoneva is no longer registered with eBay (NARU'ed). Also, this seller has informed me that they have filed charges against mariavoneva with the German police authorities. Hopefully, they (eBay) will now do something right for a change and refund everyone's money who already paid, and inform those who haven't yet paid that they shouldn't do so. But without kisenish's warning, who knows what path this might have taken?? BRAVO, kisenish!! Hopefully, the possibility of a criminal investigation by the German police will provide ebay with some incentive to pursue such matters a bit more vigorously in the future.
