I would think that would make it a rare bird. Brandenburg, silver 18 groscher = 1/4 taler (aka an `orte' or a `tymph') KM 468. There are two of that same type one with the HS initials as per yours indicating Konigsberg mint and Heinrich Sievertz as Mintmaster from 1679 -85) and the other BA indicating Bastian Altman as Mintmaster from 1685-87).
