Today...a really nice 2006 Canadian "Bravery" quarter and a Niagara Transit token.

Canadian cents circulate right along side US cents here. I would guess they account for about 8-10%.

Checked the CoinStar as I entered the store..nada. On my way out, as I approached the exit, I noticed a couple coin on the floor just under the edge of the machine. A quick hand sweep netted me a 1924 wheatie and a nice 1928 Canadian cent.

Two 2007 Canadian cents and a "No cash value/Freedom" game token.

Checked the CoinStar as I entered the store....nothun'.
I looked over as I was checking out and a guy was using the machine. I was trying to time it right so I would get there just as he finished. As I watched I saw him check the reject slot He walked away as I approached and I noticed a coin on the little shelf. He had pulled a Canadian quarter(1979) out of the reject bin and set it there. As I picked it up I looked down into the bin and saw a dime.......... I pounced. 1964 silver Rosey!!

I found a 1949 GVI Canadian nickel on top of the pop machine at work.
I often find coins(that the machine rejected) on top of the machines.

My house was broken into the weekend between Christmas and New Years 1981. I lost some stuff I had sitting on my desk. Some Morgan Dollars, rolls of wheaties and My Moms Whittman penny collection plus some coins a friend had given me to look thru as possable trades. I got the rolled wheaties back when they were cashed in at a local convenient store. The clerk couldn't identify the kid but I know who it was but couldn't prove it. Last I heard he was in jail for auto theft.

Canadian cents circulatte right along side US cents here. I would guess that 8-10% of the cents in any local register are Canadian. (4-5 per roll)

I got an Ocean view nickel that looks like a filled die.
IN GOD W...................

Spent a good part of yesterday with the Mrs. and a couple of detectors. I pulled 121 coins, about $7.50 worth. Mrs Dock was just short of $5.00 in value but she got the only keeper, a 1939 Wheatie. When I got home I was moving my change into my work pants and discovered a 1944D wheatie. Don't know how I missed it or where I got it.

I had one set aside to be included in your next shipment.
