from what i can tell from the blurry photos its called PMD happened after the coin left the mint worth 1 cent

check e-bay and other sites for prices that will give you a general idea of price

the dime is PMD and the penny looks to be a grease filled die

can't tell with the blurry pics

 if you think you got something then send it to a grading company and see what the experts say you can go that route or take it to a coin shop is another idea

you asked for a opinion you got one sorry it's not the one you wanted but that is what you get when asking opinions

17 yrs in the coin biz and i have seen enough PMD coins to know one and enough common coins to know one

from what i can tell one coin is PMD and the other is just common

close ups would help and make sure they are clear enough for people to see what you are talking about

doubt that is steel as they made steel coated zinc coins in 1943 and 1944 not any other time research first that will help worth 1 cent

100% positive it's post mint damage been collecting since 2003 and seen many such coins
