  7. those coins were made at the west point mint so yes the mint made them
  8. either heavy use in everyday transactions or partly filled grease die are the two reasons for this

    called post mint damage someone with too much time on their hands stamped it
  17. send it to PCGS Or NGC and let them grade it and that way if legit it would be worth more graded then ungraded
  18. steel pennies were made during WW2 so nobody would have one from the 1920's
