Printed by U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing The design of the fractional notes obverse is called "Guardian" and was done by James Earl Frasier. The reverse is an Eagle. Designer information for the reverse is not available. The 1 dollar note reverse is "Pablo" and was designed by Marcus W. Baldwin. The front of the 5 dollar note, "Eve", was designed by Edward R. Felver and the back, "Elk", is thought to have been designed by Len Buckley. The front of the 10 dollar note is "Chief Hollow Horn Bear" by L. Schofield and the back, "Eagle", is by Charles S. Brooks. The front of the 20 dollar note is "Chief Ourey" by Noyes while the back is the "Roosevelt Dam" and the designer is unknown. Back "Space Walk: Major Edward White" also by Edward R. Felver. 1 dollar note front, "Pilot" was engraved by Charles A. Brooks while the back, "USAF Thunderbirds" is unattributed. 5 dollar note front, "Signalman Petty Officer First Class", was engraved by J. Creamer with the back, "Eagle", being unattributed. The 10 dollar notes front design, "Special Forces Master Sargeant" is unattributed while the back, "M48A4 Patton Tank", was engraved by Arthur W. Dintaman. The front of the 20 dollar note, "Soldier" is another Dintaman engraving and the back, "B-52G", was engraved by Edward R. Felver. There was one printing of the entire series with a second printing consisting of only the 20 dollar note.   7. Don't know what happened here but all of the passages that I copied had special characters in them changed. For example "$" becames $ and quotation marks became &quot. ?????
