I recieved my First 2005 nickel in circulation when I was buying a ring for my Girlfriend in Laughlin. Not the first one I have seen in circ, just the first I recieved in change.

Received the Terry Fox Coin Collector Card (now which drawer did I put that coin in) from the RCM. It is a nice coin holder, but it has holes for all of the 2005 Canadian coins. no I have to find the $2, 25 cent, 10 cent, 5 cent, and 1 cent coins to fill these holes+

Several times I have noticed members saying they have a 'connection' at a place of business or bank.

 

Did you (or any of our members) make your connection through an existing friend or did you work up the nerve to make a connection with a total stranger?

 

I don't know anybody who handles lots of coins who doesn't already save them theirselves.

 

Does anyone have ideas on making new connections and which ones seem to be the best?

My Buddy MrWhite gave me a 1945p wheaty and two very nice looking 2005 D Minnesoda SQs. One looks like it has a dual die crack, cant wait to scan it and check it out!

I set it to order one book... total with shipping is $58.92 (49euro)

I set it to order two books... total with shipping is $79.37 (66euro) [~$40/book]

Set it for 3 books... total with shipping is $99.81 (83euro) [~$34/book]

If I order 3 books... I get mine for $34. Then if I can sell the other 2 for $34 + shipping from my place, I could ship them after I recieve them and all is good.

So the question comes out...

Who wants one for $34 + shipping from California (93550)?

I want to ask if it is possible for it to be some sort of plating... but that would mean I have a copper 1943 penny...

The date on this penny limits the possibilities of what this is.
