lol...plenty! Palestine, 1962 Katanga issues (1960 issues are ugly!), Greenland, Sarawak, Malaya, British Borneo, Italian Somaliland, German East Africa, Monaco, Keeling & Cocos, St Pierre et Miquelon, Reunion, Zanzibar, Qatar & Dubai, Rhodesia & Nyasland, Panama, and Tibet.
And that's just countries I don't have. From what I do have, my South Americans can use improvement, I still want a Seychelles "Sex" note, and I need a proper series run from the Bahamas. On the US side, I don't have a single large-sized note, light green seal, chartered bank national, fractional, or obsolete.
There's no such thing as running out of stuff to collect.
Until a few recent packages from you and another CPer, the only foreign notes I had were from Qatar! Although it helps to have lived there for a year and my mom goes back multiple times a year for business. Though she went about a month ago and forgot to bring back some nice crisp notes....
So Qatari Riyals and a US Large Size... the only two notes I have over you.

Jeez, man... Azerbaijan.. do you have any countries left to collect?

She has taken on a bit of "Body art" over the last year.
Yep, I saw her before. But I'd like to see what kind of damage I'll have to do to make my mark known.

Ahh... good point! sorry for the correction

I want to see this Libby. Maybe if I like her I'll want to hold her in hand one day.

while joggin the German/Dutch border trail here, near myhouse, I found a 1977 Deutsch 10 Pfennig. Once I wiped the dirt it wasn't half bad. I think it got kicked out by some farmers or something.
Ciao, and Hook 'em Horns,
Capt-AWACS, Europe-we have no easy button
1877?

also, the penguins remind me of a certain futurama episode.
YES! One of my favorite episodes... though I have a lot.
Best quote of the episode:
Free Waterfall, Sr.: Good way to avoid frostbite, folks. Put your hands between your buttocks. That's nature's pocket!
Leela: Uh, I think I'll go check on Bender.
Free Waterfall, Sr.: Watch that he doesn't pick your pocket!

Oh the wonderful irony...
Got a Bicentennial Quarter and a 1944-D Nick in the same handful of change today. I noticed the nick right away (old ones are so easily spotted) and then a few minutes later I noticed the quarter.
Why irony? Look at my above post... This nickel is perfectly 3 times my age! 63 years old! So cool!

I see a lot of people have Antarctica notes, undoubtedly mostly bought by tourist. Well, if someone sees a CIRCULATED note from Antarctica, I'd like to see it!
-
Retired this one in its 61st year of service...
That's been in circulation almost 3 times as long as I've been alive

Okay, so I've only looked through the Gold Certs at the moment. They are crisp and gorgeous adn have been high on my list for a while. They are also a little beyong my budget, so I can only imagine what those set you back for.
Briefly looked at them all and...man... I'm so jealous. Gah.. I need money so I can buy money! So crisp and so pretty!

Stopped at the McDonald's drive through this morning for breakfast and got a 1909 wheatie in change!!!
WOW
I wonder if McD's is giving out coins as prizes with each purchase. And like their Monopoly game, you have to collect them all to get some good prize... Hey.. don't dis my idea, it's early in the morning (11:42 am)

Oh, and I forget if I mentioned this, but I found a 1939 10 cent from the Netherlands on the floor in my store. I cannot even imagine how it got there, or who had it with them to drop in the first place. But I was really happy to find it! Blows my mind sometimes lol.
To think what happened in the Netherlands the year or two after that 10 center was minted... Could that coin have been held in Nazi hands? Or maybe used by the resistance to bribe someone.

Unplated cent/zinc core
1983
Darn... i saw the 1983 cent and wondered why that was up there. The only thing that came to mind was the DDR. You had my heart pounding harder than usual.

I got these today from Blackhawk:
Ooh.. crispy. What dates?

NNC MS-67RD 1913 Swiss 1 Rappen - The previous owner and myself both agree the coin is around the MS63 area. At PCGS/NGC I doubt it would get the RD designation due to coloration. May even get the bodybag because of some "green" on the reverse.
Nice coin nonetheless. It was free though.
Can't tantalize us with that description without posting pics!

1918 25 cents, USA
For all I know, that could be a common date, but the way you photograph it, it looks like a 1916 in all its glory

1991 - the one year of mint sets that I own.

Are you able to cherry pick a cool VAM variety every time you scan a dealer's lesser-grade stock? In other words, if you searched through a dealer's more common morgans, how often do you see a noteable VAM just sitting there?
