Hopefully that will set the prices of high quality Russian coins slightly lower for the moment although most likely the prices will go up higher anyways. There are plenty of highlights there, and one of this is a cheap Sestroretsk Ruble!!! As well as, the 1841 Gold Marriage "medal/ruble" is an impressive piece. And finally... a genuine Gangut ruble!!! There were two Gangut roubles auctioned in the last New York Sale -- one was a proof, I believe (or maybe a "one-sided", post-1917 proof).
