For the Euro banknotes, any will do that are reasonable in terms of price. The polymer banknotes, I would love to get the ones from Romania, Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and ireland. That is if you don't mind slightly circulated banknotes that I can find, or I will have to go to the bank daily to see if they have any in stock. The notes here last too bloody long that there is no need to issue much new ones for a good period of time. At face value + shipping, which around 2USD.
