Circus
Thought the above was interesting, as it appears to have a die crack running in front of his ear. These two are the obverse and revese of the same copper medal. looks to be missing some form of ribbon device, will have to find out if this was the medal to go with a campaign ribbon They really do strike medals for any reason they think they can sell
Art1.2
Neat medals. I'm sure a lot of these medals are struck based on someone's whim and there's never any "business case" for them.
Circus
Well upon looking it up and googling images of them the 1941 thru 1945 it is the medal dangle that hangs from a ring and ribbon for dress uniform use. So that closes thqat ones use!
seldom
I like the Wilhelm pendant. What is it made from?
Circus
I like the Wilhelm pendant. What is it made from? It is made from copper and the first two pics are the obverse and revese of the same medal I will have to edit the post.
