Kings Bluff
Ok, other then the fact that they're destroying these coins by cutting them, it is pretty impressive. I'm assuming they use a computer guided laser to do this. $19.99 at the cheapest seems pretty outrageous, but if you're talking about collecting coins,,, how can any collector not have one of these!!! I'll have to pick one up... http://www.ebay.com/itm/WORLDS-FINEST-Jigsaw-Puzzle-Coins-US-Dollar-Half-Quarter-Dime-Nickel-Penny-/190771670891?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=490122449493&hash=item2c6ae0af6b Josh
ikaros
I'm of two minds. I don't really have a problem with modern issues, of which they bang out gazillions, but I hate seeing older coins cut up like that.

That said, it *is* pretty cool.

thedeadpoint
Wow! Interesting. I wonder if the pieces are too small and fragile.
Kings Bluff
Yeah, they should stick to newer coins. Neat though. I bet the pieces are pretty sturdy. I'll get one and report back...
ikaros
I saw one at the coin show today -- Merc dime. Really quite cunningly done... but I do wish it hadn't been on old silver.
cool
I have no problem with somebody doing that with his coins. But personally I will NEVER do such a terrible thing to my precious coins.
