Dave Kane
Produced by the Tower mint to commemorate the turbine generator centenary 1884-1984 45mm medal in box of issue same image both sides. Parsons is a firm in the north east of England and produced the first turbine powered boat the Turbinia. It is also where my father worked in the 1950-60's. Jamie_C
Hi there, After a well over due loft clear out, I found two - 1984 Parsons Generator Centenary coins just like the one pictured in the post above. Would anyone be able to tell me if they are worth anything? Many thanks, Jamie.
