Civil war token questions

Hey everyone, as in a previous post... I went to my first coin show and was able too look at civil war tokens for the first time in person. I decided to pick up a few because I really liked what I saw and the the price seemed right (little less than what I have seen on average at eBay), But i know no history on these tokens. Part of the reason I love to collect coins is to learn the history. Does any one know of a good quality book that would give descriptions of the tokens, and maybe even prices? I looked in my copy of the Red Book but it is limited to about half a page and only shows a few tokens.

I use United States Tokens 1700-1900 by Russell Rulau as it covers Early American Tokens. Hard Times tokens. U.S. Merchant tokens. U.S. Trade Tokens. Civil War Store Cards. Patriotic Civil War Tokens. Civil War Cardboard Chits. Tokens of The Gay Nineties. Valued in up to 4 condition grades. It is published by Krause and can sometimes be found discounted.
