satootoko
cant seem to find it listed under any source, it seems to be a chinese piece but has no features to pinpoint an eraExcept, of course, a date! The leftmost 4 characters at the bottom of your top picture are (in right to left order) 5, 10, 6, year. read as 5x10+6 year; and, as Sturzny said, Chinese Republic Year 56 is 1967 on the Western Calendar. Also, being aluminum pretty well dates it to almost certainly WWII or later.
