It could be a Praguer Groschen, but I can't say for certain. Sorry.

Do you have reference material for the 1300's? AND.....any other reference/catalogs up to 1600 that you'd use to help ID coins? attributing coins can sometimes be a real challenge, eh? bruce
thanks mud, i do not have a manual, even if i did, my eyes have such poor vision that it would be unread., apart from a few of my coins, most are metal detecting finds and as you will know are never really in top condition. but whatever comes out the ground, i regard it as a saved coin. If I could see the avers (side with the crown), I might be able to help identifying the period. Alternatively, compare with a few I have http://avscoins.com/showcoin.php?cat=Bohemia&id=BOH-4 http://avscoins.com/showcoin.php?cat=Bohemia&id=BOH-3 http://avscoins.com/showcoin.php?cat=Bohemia&id=BOH-

Andrey5
This is not a Prague Groschen. It is 1/24 Thaler (3 Polker) of Brandenburg-Prussia of 1622 under Georg Wilhelm (ruled from 1619 to 1640).
