Look at the silver commems issued in 1970's or 1980's, many of them are now available for sale under the issuing price. Under 50% of the coins increased in value. I think a question is about Russian silver coin and I believe there were no Russian silver commemorative coins in 70 and 80 besides Olimpics 1980...so...it is hard to say what will be in 10 years with Russian commemorative coins, in this case with one kilo modern silver coin as Russian market is diffucult to predict...
