Myge
I have aquired a collection with 1 Rouble coins, and need help with this one. The problem is, that I have found an almost similar coin at Coinarchives. The coin I have found there, is this one: http://www.coinarchives.com/w/lotviewer.ph...4&Lot=52627 The coin I have, is the one on the pictures. Is this the same coin? I happen to find two small dots at the end of the CNCKAR (N and R opposite direction), the coin on coinarchives has only one. Please help me out on this one, the variety of coins from this period makes it difficult to find the correct one. If hogher quality pics are needed, don't hessitate to PM me, I will send to your e-mail adress. Thanks Myge

IgorS
This coin is Severin 1280. Petersburg type without SPB under sleeve truncation. Much scarcer than the one with SPB, especially in high grade, like yours. Nice coin. BTW, welcome to coinpeople.
Myge
What would the value of this coin be?
IgorS
In the market we are experiencing right now (crisis and all) it is very hard to tell values. I will say $2000+, depending on how it looks in real life, since the area at the bottom of the eagle's tail is weak.

I was wondering if this price is the one he is looikng for... not the one starting from 17.000 and up...
