anyone know about ancient coins

Hi all .. i am having no luck with this coin .. is there anyone out there who could shed some light on it for me please ?

 

The coin seems to be made of a bronze alloy and is 28mm .. and is 16.4g

Obverse legend :- O M H / P O C

Reverse legend:- AMACTPIVN?N / Mint :- MEAHC
