It might seem to be a bit more common than I thought:

 

 

The ONLY picture the seller had was this:

 

 

and my guts were already telling me that it's an overstruck 1724 kopek. I wasn't too sure so I was determined to win it and see if I am right or not. It looks good in my opinion:

 

 

Just in case you really can't figure out what I am trying to point out, I recommend you to look carefully in the flora pattern which is on the left of upside down 5.
