satootoko
I can't read the Arabic, but I can recognize the portrait of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran who was overthrown in 1979. I'm pretty sure that is his third and last wife Empress Farah on the left. The lady in the middle might be one of their daughters. I don't see any date on the piece, so while it was probably struck before February, 1979, there is always the possibility that it is a later memorial medal of some type.
