Perry Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 I found a 1967 quarter today with what appears to be a piece of metal that was actually stamped through..yes..through..the quarter from the back to the front of the coin, coming out on Washington's left jaw. The piece of metal is a coppery color, round, flat and maybe 2mm across..maybe .5-1mm thick. could this be a valuable quarter? There are a couple little error marks on it as well.
