Nightwing Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 Hello All, I've only been collecting the Presidential Series coins from my bank so far and was thinking of getting the First Spouse Medals as a way of adding companions to my prez. collection. Obviously these wont look as good as the real gold coins that cost $500 each, but I was wondering if anyone had any good pictures of what the medals look like. If not can you tell me if they will look anything like the Presidential Series in terms of color and or tone. The US Mint's site only shows drawings of them, I was wondering if this is an indication that medals don't really look that great or if they just don't photograph that well. Thanks in advance!
