Fudope Posted April 3, 2009 Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 That mark keeps it from getting an MS65, let alone an MS66. So, the very most it could be is an MS64. But, without seeing the finer details of the strike, I would have to say that it is a bare minimum MS63, and max MS64.
