Damiano
One of my latest purchases and another splendid portrait of Napoleon by Luigi Manfredini. The "chocolate" patina should indicate this medal as struck by Paris mint (I think)

elverno
I'd have to examine in hand but the strong reddish tinge of the obverse would lead me to have said a Milan strike just from the pics. You've got a wonderful collection. Let me know if you ever need webspace to display it.

Really, in hand, the color of the obverse has not the reddish tone which appears in the photo, since I adjusted it with a photo editing program which, correcting automatically some conditions of light, distorts lightly the colours toning. I appreciate very much your compliments, particularly because they come from the owner of a huge collection. Yes, I should be happy to have a webspace for my modest collection which I hope to encrease.
