yes your are right ccg a coin dealer told me that it looks like double struck brok.but he is still scratching his head on how it would happen..its probably pmd i will treat it like that until i find out otherwise,,but its neat and i like a lot..

your right it does look like roman numerals i will get bring to someone to see what they say,,its realy strange because i dont see any damage..

that is not a die crack coming from the M its a die clash of Jefferson forehead..next to his forehead its a clash from letter M.and closed to mint mark i believe its letter O,there is too much happening with this coin
