i bought 6 1966 canadian dollars sealed in coin holders i open to get a better look due to a lot of scratches they all had traces of a white substance i figure it out to be toothpasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,,no refunds there goes 80 dollars well half i can get 40 silver content.all were large beads imagine that................

i have quite a few of those in a binder i like them i collect only ,, 40s and beyond just because theres so many varieties taking the 1936 dot aside i will post them up or put them up in the gallery,,cheers

i think your right ccg as i go through more of these i can see the that is really how they are

the sails and the boat have a total finish then the rest of the coin,plus legends seem to have accumulation or some doubling or injection doubling

yes i been told in the past that this was a lamination and not a die crack i had 3 of these i spent them..i have a 1975 that looks almost like this one ,,what causes a die to become stressed and in return giving some coins a blurry fuzzy type of a strike,,,,,,
