Budget wise keeps me in the circs, but if the right uncirc comes along I'll splurge.

About 10 years ago when my grandfather passed away. I recieved his collection of world coins, and have continued collecting them ever since then.

I have never bought from the mint, so I can't say. I guess I have my best luck with buying from my local dealer. You know, maybe the USPS(stamp collectors) are sabatoging the US Mint sets(coin collectors) on purpose???
