BigMo
I just received my Return to Monticello first day cover this morning and the coins in it are really nothing but trash. I got the P & D out of my change that are in much better condition than what's in here. We pay a premium for the mints products and this is robbery, plain and simple. Can you tell i'm POed? ...Tony...
jlueke
Maybe the mint thinks you are just buying the packaging anyay, so they just stuffed in nickels from their trowsers
BigMo
You're right there jlueke, the packageing is in better shape than the coins. Who do I send the carton to and get it slabed? ....Tony....
jlueke
It won't be long now before you can packaging slabbed. I saw quite a variety of custom NGC and ANACS holders in Chicago.
BigMo
This will be my 25th post, now the wait for 30 days and i'll be able to buy from you very upright honest sellers around here. I dont remember getting such garbage back in the old days but I do remember what a joy it was to get a frosty proof evey now and then. ....Tony.... You can always try an exchange too (if the item isn't sold out), maybe you just got unlucky. Though I do remeber more than proof set with one or more of the coin substandard.
