Can anyone tell me a bit about it and what I mite get if I ebayed it please.it looks like it's been in the ground a while but most of writing is readable thank you John. It commemorates/celebrates the South Kensington International Exhibition 1862. As for value, it's in very poor condition so I do not think we are talking any monetary value, but more historical value relating to an important event.
