This is the SILVER (5 English Pounds) version.The mintage was very tiny,only 5,000 pieces! The first week the coin went on sale,the British mint got over 270,000 requests for 5,000 coins. The mint had published that the mintage would be only 5,000 coins so they could not make more...so what they did was make another version of the coin in cupro nickel (clad).I got info early and was ready the moment they went on sale.I bought 5 of these.
