Guess I'm just a little tetchy after spending two days purging a virus from my daughters' computer because her brother will click on anything & everything. (Which is why he's not allowed on CoinPeople.) It is actually one of the things I do for work. Capture, analyze, recreate and write methods of removal. If you know the basic load locations you can remove most infections very easily. If not then you can always use the many free removal tools out there. Generally if it is going to take more than 2 hours we rebuild. But for beginners it would take longer. It also helps to read the link, and know a bit about the internet.
