Obv: Three crowns the higher one in the stars MANET.VLTIMA.CELO(CŒLO).= The highest(crown)is from(or resides in) Heaven

Rev: Shield with three fleur-de-lis, crowned and surrounded by the collar of the Order of St. Michael. NIL. NISI. CONSILIO.= Nothing without the Council.

Henri III(1551-1589) of France adopted as his device 3 crowns one of which appears to descend from heaven beset with stars & the motto manet ultima celo(cœlo). The 2 crowns are for France & Poland & the third shows he was appointed by God.

Do I see a hint of red in the center of God's crown?

 

Here is a closeup for you TDP(aka eagle eye), I cannot tell for sure what it is, just above the right star some more red is showing through. So perhaps it is just some impurities in the metal. The one in the crown looks a bit like an inset ruby, a real crown jewel, especially if you squint :hysterical:
