tabbs
Finland has issued a new bimetallic €5 coin, dedicated to the IAAF World Championships (athletics) in Helsinki. Here is the press release from the mint ... http://www.mint.fi/en/press-releases/1274/ ... and here is a photo of the coin (from a dealer's website): http://www.honscha.de/bilder/5fi05g.jpg I ordered a BU mint set some time ago that includes this piece but have not received that set yet. As far as I know, the mintage is 175,000 - about 5000 proof pieces (in sets only?), the rest is partly for the BU sets and partly available as raw coins. Oh, and I also got a Finnish €10 note today. Not via mail this time but in a store right here! Maybe that's due to the World Youth Day, but I was still surprised ... Christian
