Rhino
Hey, guys, just got a couple of commemorative Soviet Roubles in the mail, and I noticed one that stuck out: a 1981 coin commemorating Gagarin's space flight in '61, it had a bronze shade very different than all the other Soviet coins (which are shinier silver-like), although they are all made of the same materials (Cupro-Nickel)... Any special recommendations for cleaning these types of alloys? Or at least why a Soviet coin from only 48 year ago attained this discolorations while other older Soviet coins didn't?
